We serve private events in Nashville, TN and surrounding areas in Middle Tennessee, including Davidson, Rutherford, Sumner, Williamson, and Wilson counties. The Candy Camper is based in zip code 37087 (Lebanon, TN). The first 30 miles of travel from 37087 are included, and we charge a travel fee after that.

Each event is unique, so we will provide a custom proposal based on the details you share with us. Please note we have a 15-person minimum for each event.
Your proposal will include: 1) Candy Camper rental fee, 2) per-person fee for the candy and drinks, and 3) travel fee (if applicable).
1) The Candy Camper rental fee is $500. If you would like the Candy Camper to be available to your guests for more than 1.5 hours, you may purchase additional time at $200 per hour. For events with a high guest count, we will recommend an appropriate number of hours.
2) Per-person pricing for the candy and drinks is based on the number of selections you would like to include for each guest and any customizations.
3) The first 30 miles of travel from zip code 37087 are included. A travel fee will apply after that.

A 50% non-refundable deposit and signed agreement are required to reserve a date and time. The remaining amount will be due no later than 24 hours prior to your event.

They sure can! Think of the Candy Camper as a mobile candy shop. Your guests will go inside the Candy Camper to browse and make their selections.

The exterior dimensions of the Candy Camper are approximately 18 ft x 7 ft. We will need to position the Candy Camper in a flat, open space. Please check with your event venue or HOA before booking with us to ensure 1) the Candy Camper is allowed to be parked on the property and 2) there is enough flat space to park the Candy Camper in an area that is safe and accessible to your guests.

The Candy Camper is powered by batteries so we shouldn’t need access to an electrical outlet unless we are going to be at your event for an extended period of time. That being said, it doesn’t hurt to have an outlet nearby just in case we need to plug in!

A $250 surcharge will apply to events booked on New Year’s Eve, Presidents Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, and Halloween. We are unable to accommodate events on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.

At this time, the Candy Camper is only available for private events such as birthday parties, weddings, and corporate events.

Absolutely! We love special requests and always strive to create an experience that suits your needs and preferences.

The fridge in the Candy Camper is stocked with non-alcoholic beverages, including craft sodas, sparkling waters, and juice boxes. One (1) drink per guest is included in the pricing. You will have an opportunity to customize the drinks you’d like to be available when we’re building your proposal.

That would be tragic! Don’t worry. The Candy Camper has AC (and heat for cold days, too).

We accept payment via credit card or ACH bank transfer.

The Candy Camper will be at your event rain or shine. We cannot accommodate cancellations due to rain. However, in severe weather conditions (e.g., high winds, lightning, snow, ice), we will work with you to reschedule to a mutually agreeable date and time with no penalty.

If you need to reschedule your event, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll be happy to accommodate your new event date pending availability of the Candy Camper. Your deposit will be applied to your new event date.
